Rosa Lee McNeil,62, of Charlotte died August 18, 2011. The funeral will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 11:00 am at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Charlotte, NC with Dr. Casey R. Kimbrough, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in York Memorial Park, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends on Tuesday August 23, 2011 from 6-8 pm at Grier Memorial Chapel 115 John McCarroll Ave. Charlotte. Her survivors include, two brothers, Roscoe Earl Harvey, Raymond Williams(Lynn); three sisters, Katherine Algood, Mary Carolyn Joyner and Olive Harvey. One grandchild, Kayla Breyona Harvey. She was preceeded in death by her parents Rev. Roscoe Harvey and Mrs. Rowenia S. Harvey of Wilson, NC and her daughter, Keicy Yolanda Harvey.
