Ms. Louise Armstrong, 86 of Hampton Virginia and formerly of Elm City, NC, died October 15, 2017 at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 317 Beauvue Road Elm City, NC with Rev. J. Charles Joyner officiating. Burial will follow in the Armstrong Family Cemetery, 7338 Harts Acres Court in Elm City.  Public viewing will be on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 12-1 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Baptist Church; and the family will receive friends at that time.
