James Earl Parker,89, of Durham,NC and formerly of Elm City, NC died May 11, 2014. The funeral will be held Sunday at 2:00pm at William Chapel Baptist Church 6154 William Chapel Church Rd. Elm City, NC with Rev. Jimmy Parker officiating. Interment will follow in William Chapel Cemetery, Elm City, NC. Public viewing will be Saturday from 2 to 7 pm with the family receiving friends from 6 to 7p;m at the funeral home.
