Mr. James Edward Farmer, Jr. (91), of Wilson, NC, died on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at his residence. Mr. Farmer's funeral will take place at 11 am on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Calvary Presbyterian Church USA, 209 Pender St. N., Wilson, NC. Reverend H. Maurice Barnes will be the eulogist. Burial with military honors will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop LN Forbes Lane, Wilson, NC. The family will assemble at 10 am at the residence for the processional to the church.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, March 21st from 3 - 7 pm at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6 - 7 pm. There will also be a public viewing on Saturday, March 22nd prior to the service from 10 - 11 am at the church.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Alzheimer's Association or Calvary Presbyterian Church, USA.
