James R. Parker,89, of 1927 Blackcreek Rd. Wilson, NC died Sunday at Wilson Medical Center. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2pm at L.N. Forbes OFWB Tabernacle 1800 Lane St. Wilson, NC with Elder David Sutton Officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Friday from 2 to 5 pm at Edwards Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 7 to 7:30pm at L.N. Forbes Tabernacle. A formal wake will be held on Friday at L.N. Forbes Tabernacle at 7:30pm with father Labinsky Officiating assisted by the Knights of Columbus Council #4660 and the Henry Ellis Post #17 of the American Legion. All remarks and comendations are requested to be given on Friday at the wake. The family will receive friends at other times at 1909 BlackCreek Rd.
