David Allen Clements, 46, of 11607 Cedar Lake Dr. Middlesex, NC died July 4,2012 at Durham Regional Hospital. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 2:00pm at Faith Conorstone Apostolic Pentacostal Church 2574 Reges Store Rd. Nashville, NC. The family will meet and greet friends following the service in the Fellowship Hall of the Church. David is survived by his wife of 27 years, Bernice (Bonnie) Weller Clements; two sons, Justin Clements of Temple Hills, MD and Skyler Clements of the home; Parents, Herbert L and Frances Newkirk Clements of Morehead City, NC; Brothers, Lee Clements of Havelock, NC and George Clements of Newport, NC; Sister Kimberly Clements of Mill Creek, NC and Maternal Grandmother, Juanita Winberry Newkirk of Newport, NC.
