Billie J. Carter,67, died November 14, 2013 at Wilson Medical Center. The funeral will be held Saturday at 1:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ernestine McGee officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Veterans Cemetery with military honors. Public viewing will be held Friday from 2 to 7 pm at the funeral home with the family receiving friends at all times at 509 Macon Street Wilson, NC where they will assemble on Saturday at noon for the funeral procession.
